The hotel was very well located close to the main square, lots of shops and restaurants close by. The buffet breakfast was great, lots of choice of food and beverages. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious. The rooms were cozy and the log fire in reception was lovely to warm up with after being out in the cold.
Nothing we had a lovely stay.

Cómodo, limpio, buenas instalaciones.
En recepción tienes disponible siempre agua caliente y mate de coca.
Personal de recepción profesional.
Ubicación buena, al lado de la plaza de armas y de tiendas y restaurantes.
Tienen amenities en el baño y dos rollos de papel y suficientes toallas, menos mal. Ya que en otros sitios en peru no siempre es así.
Que solo tiene un ascensor.
La bañera de hidromasaje al encenderla tenía un olor raro, como si no hubiera sido usada o limpiada en mucho tiempo.
El desayuno es justito pese a ser buffet, podría mejorar la atención del personal de desayuno.
La televisión no funcionaba, se apagaba sola. Algunas luces del baño tampoco se encendían.
Las cortinas no son opacas del todo, entra luz al amanecer.
La calefacción no conseguimos encenderla, creo que tampoco funcionaba.
