We had a wonderful stay at Enjoy Lichnos Bay Village. Everything we requested before our arrival was respected and fulfilled, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, right next to the beautiful Lichnos Beach, making it a perfect place to relax. The beach itself is clean, well organized and one of the nicest in the area. Most of the staff were very kind, welcoming and professional throughout our stay. A special thank you goes to Stela, who went above and beyond to help us. She was extremely fair, friendly and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect for us. Her attitude made a real difference and deserves special recognition. We truly enjoyed our holiday and would gladly return.
There were only a few minor things that could be improved, but nothing that affected our overall experience but the only suggestion I would make is that the main dishes could be improved a little more in terms of flavor and presentation. It wasn’t bad at all, but with a bit more attention, the restaurant could match the excellent standard of the accommodation and the overall experience.

The facilities were excellent, and everything was conveniently accessible, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. We received a very warm welcome, and the staff kindly offered us several room upgrade options, which was a nice touch.

The hotel room (the one in the main building - facing directly the sea) was superb, the cleaning of the room, the beach amenities were excellent, the staff was always very helpful and kind. The location is just perfect for a relaxing tranquil holiday by the sea. The proximity to Parga made it very easy to enjoy this beautiful lively touristic gem of the ionian sea (a 45 min walk or 10 min drive from the location).
We didn't like that we spent the first night of our stay in a different room, of a lower standard, which did not meet the facilities described on booking. We initially had in mind that we'll be accompanied by our daughter and we booked a room with a king size double bed and a couch. The room available for our first night was a standard double room without a couch. We accepted it since we came by ourselves (my wife and I) and because the hotel offered us for the remaining 6 nights of our stay one of their best double rooms, but it didn't feel quite right at the beginning.
