The Apartment was very comfortable, perfect size for 4 of us. Bed and pillows were good and toilets also clean. The wash machine with the small tabs of soup for 1 or 2 wash was perfect for us that were traveling long days before arriving to the apartment. The breakfast was good introducing a few new things everyday. Supermarket and nice commercial center in front the building.

Nice large comfortable old school vibe apartment. Nice to have 2 baths. Next door to grocery store and huge mall with lots of good restaurants. Much cleaner area more upscale compared to manila.
Very very noisy road right next to hotel. Trucks and motorcycles woke me up on a number of nights. The bed is very hard.

Convenient location right across the street from Oviedo shopping mall.
Even though we were on the 10th floor we could hear cars, motorcycles, ambulance and police sirens 24 hours a day with the windows closed.
Breakfast can definitely be improved with more variety and improvements.
More friendly and accommodating staff that can understand people arriving from long international flights.
