The staff are friendly and kind, the animals are sweet and the building is really characterful and unique. The chilled water was absolutely so welcome and the place was a refuge. I really love cats, but if you are not an animal lover or used to rescues, I'd say this is not the place for you.
As others have mentioned, the lack of A/C can make it hard to sleep, although I found it okay with the fan on a low speed. It will be fantastic when the install the air-conditioning.

Location great.
Love that they have a communal kitchen to use if you don’t have apartment.
Love all the cats and dogs wandering around all very friendly.
There is no air con in rooms. It was 34/35when we were there and we just couldn’t sleep well. Not hotel fault it was just super hot.

The property is beautiful. The staff were friendly and we loved seeing the animals around. The water bottle in reception was much appreciated and so were the fresh figs.
The single room was very basic and too hot. Despite the window being open in the apartment bathroom, it was like a sauna.

Location is good, staff very friendly
No WIFI reception in our bedroom on the ground floor and although we knew about the very many cats, and are cat lovers, we didn't like the constant smell of cat pee near our room.
