Breakfast was a great addition compared to my previous stay here. A good range of options, satisfying my dietary needs. The location relatively close to the Bilbao Intermodal Station made it really easy for me to explore the area around the city.
Some toilet cubicles missed locking mechanism so they couldn't be locked from inside. Closing the door to my room from the outside could be very loud if the lock card wasn't used with some skill. There were fewer lockers than beds in my room and some bed numbers were duplicated.

Accessibility, Staff.
No Air conditioning which meant had to leave window open and then noise from motorway as a result. Really poor nights sleep.
