The statue of Buddha and the wonderful terrace
The water heater that didn't work. We were forced to take cold showers every morning.

The property is super clean, close to bakery, supermarket, metro station and restaurants. It has everything you need to stay, cook and relax with your family.
One of air conditions in upstairs room was not working well and the room was warm.

Clean. Good kitchen. BTW the cooking stove is amazing, it was able to boil 3 litres of water in just 2 minutes! Free coffee. Lounge area on the roof and in the backyard. Nice place overall.
Building entrance keypad was broken. No access without keycard. Keycard is inside the building, on fifth floor. After waiting for two hours pesonel openned the door. Booking over Booking.com means nothing. Because you anyway have to register over secondary (!!!) website, pay city tax, pay deposit (200 euro). I have a card nominated in AMD currency (armenian dram). So they charged 200 euro and returned only 184 euro. Because of currency conversion back and forth. No soap in the bathroom, we have to use shower gel or dish cleaning liquid. Room entrance has no place for clothings, we put ours on the door.
