The owner of the Inn was really friendly and helpful, and despite being in the center, at night it's very quiet 😴👌🏻

Property is ok. The design and facilities ok. However the staff needs a proper training how to deal with the customers. There is no simple Hello or How can I help you or Thank you. We had an argument with the cleaning lady on our arrival and after that she didn’t clean our room for two days until I highlighted the issue at reception.
It’s best hotel in Bakuriani compare to others. But definitely needed staff training.
