В целом, все как на фото. В комментариях писали, что в квартире есть все мелочи, даже приправы, но этого небыло.
Слышимость ужасная. Курорт семейный и все истерики детские и взрослые разборки и гулянки слышатся как в соседней комнате. Вы не будете спать, пока не уснут все, а режима в Грузии не существует. Также единственный шкаф был забит хозяйскими вещами и не понятно, куда складывать вещи.

Всё было отлично. В номере было всё, что необходимо, а также была необходимая посуда, бокалы. При необходимости персонал всегда приходил на помощь. С удовольствием каждый вечер ходили в сауну и бассейн

The location is perfect — right next to a park, with restaurants just 2 minutes away on foot, and a supermarket literally in the same building as the hotel. The hotel room has everything you need for a stay, even a long one. The kitchen is much better equipped than in other hotels I’ve stayed at before. There’s also a great view from the balcony. The hotel offers a swimming pool, which should be really nice in winter.
The first negative impression was the incredibly dirty floor. I honestly don’t remember any other hotel where, right after check-in, I had to mop the floor myself (we have a small baby, so cleanliness was critical). It seemed the floor hadn’t been cleaned for at least a month. We requested a baby cot, and the hotel provided a travel cot, which was fine, but instead of a proper baby mattress, they just folded an adult mattress and a big puffy blanket. As a result, the baby would sink in and couldn’t even move. We had to remove it all and found a steadier adult mattress in the wardrobe to use instead, which worked better but was still not perfect. The shower drain didn’t work at all — after 2 minutes of showering, water would rise to calf level and stay there for a long time. The swimming pool is a great idea, but in summer it was unbearably hot inside, and the water felt like hot milk instead of being refreshing. The room also lacks air conditioning — I understand heating is enough for winter since it’s a ski resort, but in summer the room felt like a sauna during the day. Finally, the bed is too big for the bedroom, leaving only about 20 cm of space between the bed and the wall. If you want to walk to the balcony, you’ll have to squeeze through and risk bruises, which was very uncomfortable.
