WOW !
Excellent customer service, a beautiful villa, and some of the most restful sleep we've had in exceptionally comfortable beds. The villa is spacious, making it perfect for families or groups, and the views are simply breathtaking. The convenience of having taxi services readily available at the doorstep made getting around effortless. Waking up to horses grazing near the porch, with stunning mountain slopes in the background, was truly a memorable experience.
A must-visit attraction is Lake Tabatskuri. Taking a dune buggy ride from the top of the Bakuriani Ski Lift to reach the lake is an unforgettable adventure and absolutely worth the cost.
Special mention goes to Nino, the manager, whose knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. Nino was always just a message away and readily available whenever we needed assistance, which we greatly appreciated.
This was my tenth visit to Georgia, but my first time in Bakuriani, and it far exceeded all expectations. The combination of natural beauty, warm hospitality, and exceptional accommodation made it a truly remarkable experience.
We will most certainly be back soon!

If you have kids, travelling in a large group, this is the best pick! There’s a small space where kids can enjoy the snow just outside the villa which is the biggest plus for me, the surrounding is also beautiful with pine trees at the back. I will come back to stay in room 116 for sure as its at the end unit. Staff, Nino, was very supportive throughout our stay. Amaaaazing, i love every detail.
It has one smell in the toilet that I think the owner need to work on. Its the same for both rooms.

Fire place atmosphere.
For people who are coming to Ski and especially with small kids, location is not ideal in the winter and on heavy snow. It is very exhausting to walk up and down the hill to reach ski resort or first restaurant or 1km far supermarket.
For that price and 2023 we expect at least basic house supplies. You have 2 bed vila which can accommodate 4.5 ppl and they kept hotel type smallest tube for shower and 1 pc only, I mean if i come for 3-4 days at least install shower conditioner and shampoo.
No extra toilet roles, tissue roles.
No sponge for washing the dishes.
These are small things that matter.
