Location close to the main point of interest- Vardzia cave town.
Friendly staff. Family room large enough for 4 people.
Swimming pools cold even in July. We really booked this most expensive hotel for the swimming pools. But impossible to swim, too cold.
Very expensive. Almost 300 euro for one night for a family of 5. This is the only real hotel around and that’s why it’s so expensive. We paid less for Hilton in Batumi and Pullman in Tbilisi…
I find such prices

没有体会到员工的热情，我们到时，上位酒店没有停车位了，让我们停在下位的餐厅停车位，路是石块铺的，拉行李不方便，后来还是开上来卸了行李再停到下位，也没人帮着提行李。

The hotel has a beautiful spacious garden, which makes it a pleasant place to relax. I particularly liked the large swimming pool and the views from the pool area. The location is also convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Vardzia is relatively close, and Khertvisi Fortress, the canyon, and Vanis Kvabebi are also nearby. Unfortunately, Vanis Kvabebi was closed when we visited, but it seems like another interesting place to see if it is open.
Unfortunately, I expected more from the property, especially considering the price. I booked a private cottage, which was comfortable overall, but it had no air conditioning. During hot days, the cottage can became uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to sleep. Although there were insect screens on the windows and the main door, quite a lot insects, including flies and moths, still got inside.
The most unpleasant issue was the presence of termites in the cottage. During the night, you could actually hear them eating the wood, and the constant noise made it difficult to sleep. Combined with the heat, I had a very uncomfortable night.
The resort has two swimming pools, but I was expecting them to be larger and better maintained based on the pictures and the price of the property. The larger pool is definitely the better of the two and has a beautiful view towards Vardzia, but the area around it is relatively small and gets crowded with guests. I could only really enjoy it early in the morning, around 8:00, when most other guests were still sleeping. Noteworthy that the pool area was not cleaned in the morning. There were wet towels, empty bottles and glasses, and some litter, including cigarette packs, left around from the previous day.
There is also a restaurant at the resort, but I found it overpriced and not particularly special. We ordered several different dishes among our group, but none of them stood out enough to justify the prices.
Another issue is the parking. The resort itself is quite large, but the available parking area is surprisingly limited. With the help of the staff, we managed to find a place, but I saw other guests having difficulty with parking.
Overall, I found the property overpriced for what it offers. At this price level, I expected significantly better accommodation, facilities, and overall comfort. In my opinion, there are better resorts in other regions of Georgia that offer better value for money and a higher level of service.
