Clean, good bed, no mold on the walls
Breakfast on the promotion photos looks way better than in real - first day we had salad, second day only cucumber, one type of sausage, no yogurts

The resort is clean and tide! We arrived 3 hours earlier at the location and they let us check in without any extra payment.
A bit noisy from rooms around as probably the walls are a bit thin , we could hear music and other quests speaking, kids screaming and playing or dancing on the music they put on TV!

Good location. Within walking distance of all necessary places—markets, cafés, restaurants, the bus station, the ice rink, and ski trails.
The internet connection was very poor. We were accommodated on the 5th floor, and there was no internet connection at all in our room. Breakfast offered a limited selection, and the food was not kept warm. After a short time, everything became cold, so if you arrive late for breakfast, you will not find any warm food. The same issue applied to the kettle—there was no hot water available for making tea.
We chose this hotel because of the outdoor hot pool, but we were only able to use it on the first day. The next day it was out of order, the water was cold, and we were unable to swim. We were also shocked when we went to the sauna and saw two local couples smoking cigarettes and drinking wine in the spa area. This is unacceptable, as a spa area should not allow smoking or alcohol consumption.

Location
We we’re family with 2 months kid, even though no one helped us to bring the luggage to the room.
Also, we booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids, they told us to pay additional fees for extra bed, I told them it’s not my mistake, they insist us to pay before check in, i did because we were tiered. After they received email from booking, they apologized and returned money back. But was not good way to treat with guests. Breakfast was very poor. There is no coffee imagine that :(
