Ambiente pulito e personale cordiale, struttura molto vicino alla fermata della metropolitana che porta in centro.

il ragazzo alla reception molto gentile e disponibile, la camera era pulita arredata con stile, letto abbastanza comodo, bagno regolare con doccia grande anche se il porta doccino era rotto ma c'è comunque un altro sifone a soffitto, colazione un po' scarsa
la comunicazione sulla chat dedicata è stata pessima, ho fatto una domanda in fase di prenotazione e non mi hanno mai risposto (tutt'ora è in chat aperta qualora il gestore volesse verificare) poi una volta arrivato a destinazione c'è stato proprio un malinteso riguardo quella domanda sul terzo letto che avevo fatto, se avessero letto i messaggi avremmo chiarito mesi fa quando feci la prenotazione.

Отличное место для отдыха в Катании. Очень гостеприимные и просто замечательные хозяева. Всегда подскажут нужную информацию, помогут и создают атмосферу настоящей Сицилии. Хорошее месторасположения отеля: в шаговой доступности магазины, кафе, близко находятся железнодорожный и автовокзал. В общем, все было замечательно! Спасибо, Розарина и Лучано!

Troppo trascurata la sala colazione , bagno non attrezzato ( stamattina non c’era la carta igienica )
