Està molt ben situat i els propietaris son molt atents . La Terrassa dóna directament al riu i al jardí , el lloc és bonic. El bany és a fora però a l estiu no molesta …
La catifes de l’ habitació sobren… el gos q tenen és molt bon gos però sempre està lligat… fa una mica de pena .

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die Gastgeberin hat sogar eine Maschine Wäsche für uns gewaschen.
Angenehm ruhig, trotz Lage mitten in der Stadt.
Es gibt zwar eine Parkmöglichkeit aber die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas ungünstig, bei diesem Hotel ist es besser mit Taxi oder Marschrutka anzureisen.

We stayed in a wonderful, very clean accommodation with the most comfortable beds of our three-week trip. The location is perfect for exploring Kutaisi, and being slightly set back, it’s also very peaceful. Communication with Pikria was smooth, and she is, without a doubt, a warm and welcoming host.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at ApartHotel RioNi! The location is unbeatable—just a short, pleasant walk to Kutaisi’s central attractions like gardens, fountains, and charming local spots. The moment I arrived, the hosts made me feel right at home—welcoming, attentive. The apartment was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and had all the comforts I needed. I loved the cozy terrace with a view of the garden and river—perfect for relaxing. Amenities like free Wi‑Fi, free parking, and a 24‑hour front desk were incredibly convenient. In short, ApartHotel RioNi made my Kutaisi trip so enjoyable. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking comfort, charm, and a great central location. I’ll be back for sure!
It would be nice to have a small breakfast option on-site.
