The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I asked the host about sightseeing spots information, he gave me all I needed plus offered me to provide with very affordable transportation which I ended up taking as good communication was established. He spoke, Georgian, Russian, and English.

A great value option right in the heart of Kutaisi.
We were greeted by a wonderful lady full of energy and charm who took great care of us and helped us settle in.
The room was not exactly large but more than comfortable.
The little balcony to the courtyard was pleasant enough to sit and enjoy.
The shower and bathroom were clean with plenty of hot water.
The bed was comfortable and the area is very quiet so it made for a good night's sleep.
Location is excellent, near everything you would need for your stay.
A kettle and small fridge were a nice addition.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed, ensuite bathroom with hot water and a large shower. Very friendly hosts; the receptionist doesn't speak English but makes up for it with her friendliness. Airport transfers are available at a reasonable price. The location is excellent—right in the city center.
The room was on the ground floor; the hotel is by the river, so it was quite damp. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom could have been better, but the sheets and towels were fresh. I shared the bathroom with snails, but they were friendly too :-)

Great location
They gave me different (worse) room than I booked
Super small, uncomfortable bed, no place to sit, no place to unpack your bag.
The fact that I was travelling alone shouldn't be reason for downgrade!
Only cash payments, no receipt given.
Noisy, you can't close the balcony doors properly
There was hot water but it was rather warm than hot.
