Location is great, having everything within walking distance (restaurants, Lidl, metro, bus, Sagrada). The check-in procedure and communication with Mikko went smoothly. The apartment was clean and as described in the pictures and website. Was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. I'm not sure if it would be so comfy would be for 4 adults.

The fonic insulation could be a problem if you have light sleep - opening and closing of doors of the neighbors and any discussion they have with window open can be heard clearly :) (the main bedroom window does not isolate even when closed, and the apartment door the same). But there are some rules in the building, and people seem to try to keep it quiet most of the time - just if you are a light sleeper, you can get waked up if the next door neighboor enters his apartment during the night :) Toiletries provided in the beginning could've been more adapted to us from the beginning (we got 2 small shampoos and 1 small soap, 1 dishwasher pill, 1 small dishwasher shampoo, for 4 persons on a 5 night stay), so we had to ask for more when we found someone at the reception - I know I could've ask by calling and would've been solved, but we were left most of the time and we preferred not to send anyone in the apartment when we were left. It just would've been nicer if this had already been adapted to our stay from the beginning.

This property is literally a 5 minute walk from the Sagrada, Was perfect for our Stag party, close to the Metro as well, plenty of little supermarkets and cafe's kicking about as well. Do not worry so much about the place to which you stay in Barcelona, the Metro and Bus systems are so easy to work, if you are staying for 4+ days I recommend getting yourself a 30 day pass which can be used on all Trains & Buses within and around Barcelona and it'll only cost you 22 Euros.

Great location. Very functional. Beds comfortable. Has a lift. Good functional kitchen. Very close to La Sagrada.

Everything had a 300 Euro fine, for noise, loosing keys etc. only 2 sets of keys, for a group of 7 adults, made it tricky with people coming and going at different times. Electronic keys would be a great idea.

LLegamos y la puerta del alojamiento estaba rota, No tiene pava electrica o nada para hacer café, tuvimos que improvisar Muy pocos artefactos de cocina, no pudimos cocinar en el lugar.

The apartment is located 3 blocks from Sagrada Familia. It was fairly clean and the building was nice and quiet. It is near the metro and local bus stops. It is suggested for families with kids. There is a supermarket really close.

The kitchen could have some more glassware (eg. espresso cups). Also the location, although is really close to Sagrada Familia, is a bit off center. To visit all other Barcelona main attractions you have to change at least one bus line.

Awesome location, very clean, large apartment suitable for large groups, friendly communicative staff!
