Everything was really well cleaned.
We liked the stuff. Everyone speak english very well and they are nice and kind.
We liked the house keeping. Everyday service was highly appreciated.
We didn’t quite like the food.
The food area was clean, but the actual problem was the content. Very repetitive, not enough protein sources and healthy snacks.
The space was always crowded.
Also the drinks might be revised from the diversity point of view.
Some other thing was the beach sun beds being reserved all the time despite the hotels policy. We received a different spot on other beach area though. The receptionist was highly proactive in fixing our issue though.
Lastly, the elevators definitely needs to be serviced as they often get broken. We had to use the stairs few times. The doors happen to hit you from time to time. The sensors not working quite well.

What I liked most about this hotel was its excellent location and the wonderful swimming pool, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help.
The food was tasty and well prepared. While the selection was not extremely extensive, there was enough variety to satisfy different preferences, and the quality of the dishes was consistently good.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.
There were a few aspects that could be improved. The rooms were not very well soundproofed, and we could sometimes hear noise from neighboring guests. However, this is not entirely the hotel's fault, as it also depends on the consideration and behavior of other guests.
It would also be nice if disposable slippers were provided in the rooms, as this is a service often expected in a four-star hotel.
Another point was the availability of drinking water. We received only one bottle of water upon arrival, and for the rest of our stay we had to purchase our own from a nearby supermarket. This was particularly inconvenient at night, when the water dispensers were not accessible.
These were relatively minor issues, but addressing them would make the overall guest experience even better.

This is my 5th time in this hotel and looking forward for the next vacation in the same hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect - a wide, sandy, beautiful beach is in front of the hotel. A big advantage is that umbrellas and sunbed are included. The food was more than lavish.- variety of dishes for every taste. The stuff is very friendly and willing to help at any time with everything. They keep very high standards which makes your vacation delightful

I really liked the location, as it was very close to the beach, and the hotel was very clean and beautifully maintained.
However, a downside is that you have to pay for parking.
