C est la deuxième fois que je loue cet appartement . Lucia qui fait l accueil est géniale , hyper souriante , très bonne communication , ponctuelle et dispo si besoin .
L appartement est bien équipé pour cuisiner , le lit est confortable et le canapé se transforme en lit , il y a shampoing gel douche produit vaisselle savon main et basiques en cuisine : sel poivre sucre thé café et .
L appartement est propre et très bien situé : sagrada a 8’ à pied , m° Joanic a 6’ , m° diagonal 10‘ et de nombreuses lignes de bus sur passeig san Joan juste à côté .
Il y a des petits commerces tout près pour faire des courses et des cafés et restaurants dans le quartier .
On entend la circulation le matin mais à Barcelone c est normal , c est une ville énorme donc ça circule !
Quand on ferme les fenêtres c est ok .

Чудова локація, уважна і турботлива господиня, апартаменти зі всіма зручностями, чисто, прекрасний балкон на тиху вулицю.
Не дуже зручна ванна кімната, але не критично.

As others have mentioned, Lucia is a great host! She is very welcoming and happy to go over all aspects of the property.
A few blocks away from La Sagrada Familia and close walking distance to neighborhood markets, pharmacies, banks, etc.
Property does not have AC. Fans were provided but one made squeaking noises when set to high speed and it was very dusty. During our summer stay, we had to sleep with open windows and neighborhood noises (motorcycles, barking dogs, people leaving a nearby bar) but that's part of the central location. Towels were rough and 1 toilet paper roll provided for 3 people and 4 nights. Our unit sat right above a sushi restaurant so we had a large brown insect crawl into our unit one night.
