Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Sehr gute Lage. Es sind nur wenige Minuten zur Metro und zur Altstadt. Supermarkt und Frühstück-Cafés sind auch in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das geräumige Bad ist gegenüber, was okay ist, weil es in der Beschreibung so benannt war. Der Check-in am Automaten hat gut funktioniert.

Für mich war es zu laut und hellhörig. Das Fenster ging zur Hauptstraße hinaus. Es war nicht isoliert. Wer allerdings hier unempfindlich ist oder sehr gute Ohrstöpsel hat, hat mit der Unterkunft eine gute Wahl getroffen.

Fin de semana Valencia

Muy bien situado,muy cerca del centro andando. Con todas las comodidades para estancias cortas.

Echamos en falta una máquina de agua y una neverita para guardar comida del nene. Muy antiguo, y nos dieron la habitación de recepción por lo que se oían ruidos de maletas, de la puerta, del ascensor..... Habitación pequeña, pero para 2 noches e ir a descansar suficiente. Colchones blandos para nuestro gusto. No había prácticamente luz natural.

Disappointment

The receptionist was nice and welcoming.

The receptionist was nice and welcoming, but the room was dirty. The painting was old, the parquet destroyed, towels very worn and dirty, the bathroom smelled like urine. Although the location is relatively well located, the room offered had a private bathroom, just in the hall of the location.

ubicación y limpieza, colchón y almohadas muy cómodas baño limpio y reformado

olor malo a humedad en la zona de acceso y partes comunes , edificio muy viejo y sin mantenimiento , manchas de humedad en las escaleras y on olor que no te invita a entrar

Great place for a weekend away

The room is very spacious and clean. The bathroom is right outside the room and it’s big, gives you the privacy you need. Top location, very central!

It’s very noisy, not great if you are planning to relax and sleep in the morning. Very thin walls. It’s an old building with other tenants living on the floor above. You hear every single step they make from 6am. Reception works only between 10am to 4pm, not ideal if you need any sort of help/request.

I liked the place I would come back.

check in a bit bumpy but you have to think about how they add value to the price you pay. they do cut cost by using a machine to check you in and that is why it’s a cheaper stay. this is a nice proposition

getting lost in how to find rooms in a micro elevator on a building 6 stories high. Also coming on a Sunday made it more bumpy but again that’s how the value is gained.

clean and great location but very noisy and thin walls.

clean and great location

the building is very noisy, the upstairs floor makes noise starting at 7am. if you plan to sleep and rest this is not a recommend place. we can hear all conversations, guests walking and boises as this hotel is located in a building with no soundproof.

I guess I will look for other options next time

The location is good, in the old city within walking distance of the metro. There was a receptionist when I arrived, but I did not see any other person at the front desk during all my stay. The room, while not new, was clean and reasonably spacious. WiFi was working properly.

The bathroom was private, but outside the room. While this is stated in the description (external bathroom), the implications weren't straightforward for me: having to get out of the room, to the door in front of my room across the corridor, and use my key to open the bathroom every time I wanted to use it. Not for me. (Once again, while stated, the implications are not clear, as evidenced by the fact that I had to explain this to another guest that checked in and could not understand that the bathroom was across the corridor from her room and, in her case, not just right across it) Also, the room did not have any blackout curtains. While I was there for work and woke up before sunrise, this may be an issue during summer time or if you like to sleep in.

city- OK, .... accommodation- it have past.

close to the center

you can hear the neighbor. verry noisy. you can not prepare even a tee. no window to exterior, by-by fresh air. no wardrobe for clothes, just an IKEA textile shelf.

pit stop in Valencia before morning flight

The room was nice and had a nice view. I was exhausted from driving, walking, travelling through airports, metro etc all day and was burtn out and over tired when I made it to the bed. Eventually I slept and the matress was large and comfortable. I don't drink coffee but such facilites were avialble. The bathroom was lovely but I didn't use it much. By the time I got into the room the nearby restaurants were closed. However I did get CArfour Express sandwiches etc. which staved off hunger.

I arrived late in the evening of Dec 31st and Google Maps lead me to a neighbouring property. Without a picture of the front door I was looking for, I was stressed and panicked because I was exhasuted from travelling all day. A passing local helped me find the correct building I tried calling the number on my Booking Form but it didn't work. An 'emergency number' on the door answered and opened the front door. This is a self check in property. I hadn't had an opportunity to have a meal all day and the person on the phone kept telling me how to breath. I explained I was exhausted and not in need of directions on how to breath. I'm a 52 yo woman and don't appreciate condecention from somebody I don't know at the other end of the phone. Finally the fancy check in was completed and I was issued a key to the bedroom . I put everything I have into travel and typically arrive at a hotel burtn out. I spend all the hours that locations are open seeing sights. Checking into ahotel is something I do when I can't go any futher. The process shouldn't be designed like a treasure hunt or exam, requiring cool thinking and solving of puzzles.

Good stay, not the best

The room and separate bathroom were nice. The location is fantastic in our eyes, we really loved being close to the centre for evening walks and also near the metro for sightseeing.

The check in was weird because it was on a machine and we had to figure out ourselves how it works. We also found it strange that we never saw staff other then cleaning ladies. It would be nice if you can ring a bell for assistance at their reception or if they would be available 1 or 2 hours per day..

Perfect for what we needed to explore the city

Very clean, big windows, easy automated check in, pretty room all in white/beige, super soft/comfortable sheets

Would be nice to have a kettle in room to make coffee and tea :)

Excellent location and value for money

Large spacious room, good private bathroom, easy self check in even though we were delayed. The blackout shutters are a bonus

Would have occasionally liked to see staff in person just so we could ask for local recommendations! Rooms and towels only get cleaned/changed if you ask

Great location but some fixable problems.

Superb location.

We had private bathroom but tother rooms o the floor had a communal facility and when the hall lights were activated by then it shone through our opaque door disturbing our sleep.

Very good

Very clean and comfy. Rooms are nicely renovated. Location is great.

Soundproof is very bad. We were disturbed by the neighbours and upper floors since 5:30 am. You can literally hear every single step or someone's talking.

very old building w/o soundproof. some smell not very pleasant in the entrance! Facilities are old!

comfortable but little light

AMAZING location. the bed was comfortable, and the washroom divine. Fuss free check in/out process. quiet.

my window faced a small outdoor ‘cove’. fully surrounded by walls so very little natural sunlight got in. recipe for disaster if you tend to sleep in. although the neighbours upstairs rearranging the furniture every morning at 9 am did a good job waking you up.
