Lovely friendly staff, comfortable family room with separate kids bedroom and good views.

Position was ideal for the centre of town. Views from breakfast room were amazing. Fantastic views of balloons when they were flying.
Lots of steps so anyone with mobility issues would struggle. No world news channel in english.

Our room was in a cave very warm and cosy) everything was very clean with impeccable service and friendly staff
There could have been another lamp by the bedside.

The staff were amazing. Duygu in particular was super helpful and really kind to our 6 year old daughter. Location was brilliant too, but it was really the helpfulness of the staff which takes this place from very good to great
Nothing. It was a perfect stay for us
