It was in a perfect position near all the restaurants and bars. Easy to walk to.

Great location, central to Goreme. Amazing views from the various terraces - perfect for balloons in the morning and nice nighttime views. The cave room we had was amazing, housekeeping available every day. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful the entire time - the reception staff helped us with bookings (before and during our trip) and were available 24/7, they were so welcoming and helpful, nothing was a problem for them, and they communicate rapidly via whatsapp. The breakfast every day was excellent. Denis who staffs the breakfast restaurant every day was so nice and helpful, he is a credit to the hotel and made our mornings a little better!
Spa bath in the room was lovely. Plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathroom, water pressure in the shower was also excellent which I was surprised about given the location. Free items (not just water!) provided in the fridge / minibar. Espresso machine provided in the room too. They also have the cutest cats around the hotel - two little kittens made best friends with us!
Also, it was my partners 30th birthday while there. The staff went out their way to make up the room to welcome her, was magic!
Genuinely nothing was bad - probably the best hotel experience I’ve had!

The hotel is beautiful as were the staff, the location is perfect as we didnt need to use the car at all.
No parking facilities.
