The staff was wonderful, especially Ruhi, was so kind and helpful and professional. The location was perfect! Beautiful scenery and quiet, yet close to everything. Good breakfast buffet!
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Many of the lights in our room were not working, so it was a bit dark…hard for me to read at night.

The location was great very close to the center.
The staff was amazing, they were very helpful, well spoken and nice.
The facilities in the room and hotel with Hammam, the deck to watch the balloons.
The breakfast was very rich and the food super good.
The room light are dim. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable.

The breakfast was great, beautiful terrace to enjoy it on.
Unfortunately our AC wasn’t working and it didn’t seem a priority to fix. 90 percent of interactions with staff were exceptional however there was one other situation with our airport transport that wasn’t very pleasant and I was would have expected better customer service.
