We had a great time staying at Sarnich Cave Suites. The hotel is very pretty, very well located and has a great view also to see the ballons. The owner and staff are really attentive, they help you with what you need to make your stay even better. We fully recommend staying in this hotel.

- Great hospitality - the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay.
- Beds were comfortable and clean.
- Breakfast was lovely and varied
- Nice view from the terrace
- Convenient entrance, no need to lug your luggage up any hills or cobblestones
- Beautiful gardens
- The only issue is the dampness in the rooms but I think that’s common in all cave hotels.

The property is well located, a 5 minute walk to Main Street area. What really sets it apart is the pleasant and helpful Team, led by Mr Yusuf who assisted in all transfers, ballooning and taxi recommendations

We stayed at this hotel in November. The staff were very kind and helpful. They communicated well and were always ready to assist. It was especially nice that they brought us firewood and lit the fireplace — it made the place feel very cozy.
But there was one big problem. I don’t know about other rooms, but ours had bed bugs in the mattress. We came home covered in bites, and the doctor confirmed they were real bug bites, not an allergy — for me and my six-year-old child. This was very upsetting and affected our whole stay.
Breakfast could also be more varied.
