The hotel is very Beautiful and despite being a bit on the side of the city it is still central located but quiet and has parking which is extra plus in Goreme. Rooms were comfortsble and clean. We were getting water every day. Staff was helping with everything and making sure we are all right . Lovely hospitality.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and only a 5 min walk into Goreme. Large terrace for balloon watching. Balloons floated right over us on our second morning, it was amazing. The breakfast is excellent though the staff made our stay. Always smiling, always friendly, just great genuinely nice people who have made our stay in Cappadocia so much more memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to our family and friends.
Smell from the bathroom can be not so good at times, though we believe this is common for cave hotels.

Great atmosphere with the cave-like rooms which are large, clean and very comfortable.
Hotel and grounds are beautifully maintained.
Location - walk to town but away from the hustle and bustle
Nice walk in adjoining Pigeon Valley
Friendly and helpful staff
Excellent breakfasts!
Wifi was patchy in rooms

Half cave while remaining half is built, duplex floor made it cozy
Very bad food and lower floor, cannot experience ballon view
