The location and presentation of the property was excellent. The staff are very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. The information provided by the staff about local recommendations was also excellent.
The tours and activities provided through the hotel were very overpriced compared to other operators. However, the service for booking the activities was very good.

The staff was great, all of them!!! The hotel is clean, nice views and great location. If you are looking to visit Gerome this is definitely the best hotel. The staff were so kind and really helpful.

An absolutely gorgeous place to stay with views of Capadoccia's extraordinary landscape from comfy rooftop corners stacked with cushions and from the infinity pool. The hotel is away enough from the hustle and bustle of the centre of göreme but still only a walk away from restaurants and to some great trails around the national park. The courtyard is scenic and peaceful. The breakfast is extensive and delicious. Our room was spacious and beautiful. Bit of a random one but we also appreciated recycling bins in the room (we want to see more environmentally conscious practices in turkey!).
The showerhead doesn't stay up and the sofa isn't the comfiest- but these are tiny details!
