From the very first moment, this hotel made a wonderful impression on us! It is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean, with incredible attention to every little detail of the interior design – both in the common areas and in the rooms.
Its style perfectly reflects the unique atmosphere of Cappadocia. The hotel also boasts a stunning swimming pool with breathtaking views over Göreme and the surrounding valleys. It is just a 3-minute walk from the town centre, yet its location on a quiet side street provides a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquillity.
And then there is the unforgettable sight of the hot air balloons floating across the sky at sunrise! Watching them from one of the hotel's many terraces or simply from a sun lounger by the pool is an experience we will never forget.
Delicious and varied breakfast, offering a wonderful selection of both hot and cold dishes, as well as sweet and savoury options. There was something new to enjoy every day, and everything was beautifully presented. Breakfast could be enjoyed either in the elegant restaurant or on the terrace, with breathtaking views of the valley and its iconic fairy chimneys – the unique rock formations that make Cappadocia so special.
The staff are absolutely fantastic! They genuinely care about their guests, are always happy to help and provide useful information about the area. They also offer a wide range of additional services, including arranging excursions (most importantly, of course, hot air balloon flights), as well as thoughtful personal touches such as birthday room decorations or breakfast served early in the morning so guests can enjoy it while watching the balloons.
I have quite a broad experience of hotels around the world. Yet this one truly stole my heart. I would happily return and can recommend it wholeheartedly!
The only minor downside is the lack of a restaurant serving meals other than breakfast. It would be a lovely added bonus to have the option of ordering some light snacks (even something simple like fries) without having to leave the hotel, especially when spending time by the beautiful swimming pool overlooking the valleys. However, with so many restaurants and cafés just a short walk away, this is hardly an inconvenience.

The most amazing part was opening the front door of our room to see balloons right outside! The terrace & pool area was fab, the staff were so helpful (especially carrying our luggage up all the stairs!) and Maya the pug is super cute.
The breakfast wasn't great. It looks like a big selection, but maybe some fresh fruit would be good. Possibly also some beans, tomatoes, hash browns for the hot section.

Location within walking distance to the Main Street . Good breakfast. Bed is comfortable.water in shower is good and warm. Beautiful building.
Stairs to get to the room but not really a problem. It’s the design of the building.
