The property was in a great location. Our room was extremely comfortable, cool and exactly what the pictures showed. The staff were super helpful allowing us to check in early, booked the balloon for us at a very good discounted rate.
There were multiple spots around the property to watch the balloons comfortably.
On our first day we were told we could use the pool which was great given it was so hot. However during the afternoon a women came out with 2 men and put up signs saying the pool was only for decoration and unsuitable to use. It was a bit confusing as it was very clear we had been in the pool and no one mentioned these signs going up even though we were only about a meter away from the owner as she instructed where to put the signs. It was super bizarre.

It was clean and central, although a lot smaller than what it seemed like listed in the photos. There was no room service and be keeping for the three days and two nights I stayed…
