Service at Sah Saray Cave Suites was excellent. The staff were very accommodating. Our first night, they were able to check us in late and even kept the restaurant open so that we could have a warm dinner after a long plane ride. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety to experience Turkish cuisine. We had an issue with the shower head and lack of hot water that prevented us from using the hot tub in our room, but it was fixed promptly within a few hours. They let us keep our bags at the hotel after checkout while we waited for our shuttle and even gave us a gift bag with various Turkish desserts. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cappadocia.

Very good, everything was excellent above and beyond . The stuff and front desk people were super friendly . If I ever go back to cappadocia definitely revisit them.

Excellent location away from the busy centre but easily accessible within a few minutes walk. Beautiful views from hotel and everything provided for. Excellent choice of food and breakfast spread was also a nice touch.
