This was hands down the most amazing hotel I've ever stayed at (previously this title belonged to Four Seasons Mumbai - for reference).
The room was incredible. The spa??? fantastic. Breakfasts were some of my favorite meals in Turkey. Staff absolutely lovely.
Two extremely minor issues:
1. Our shower water kept spilling all over the bathroom.
2. Sauna at the spa was a little colder than expected.
Truthfully, it's difficult to come up with negatives about this hotel. I was most impressed, and would absolutely stay here again.

Breakfast was a highlight - great variety an service, beautiful location. The location of the hotel overall is great - very central and easy to walk around town. The rooms were fine, in-room coffee and refrigerator sufficient (though the mini fridge is very loud and has a bright light that is disruptive to sleep). The massage was great, and the pool very cool.
The staff seemed to act like they were doing us a favor for every interaction. The checkin was long and awkward without a clear explanation of where to park, how to easily get our luggage to our rooms, etc. There is no water available in the lobby/reception area, which is very large and spread out, but it's unclear why anyone would use that space. The staff were evasive when we asked about booking a Whirling Dervish ceremony and would not give a straight answer about the location or cost, so we ended up figuring it out on our own. There was a technician taking up one of the 4 parking spots for the hotel, so we had to circle the streets looking for parking with no helpful suggestions from the hotel staff. We booked a room with a terrace, which turned out to be a very tiny room, despite costing more than the humongous room with a bathtub our friend booked. The terrace turned out to be a shared terrace, not private, which was not made clear in the room description. When we checked out, we were surprised by a requirement to pay for the two 90 euro massages in cash, which was not explained at the time we booked them. The receptionist made a big deal about calling someone to get special permission to let me pay by card, but this was a long and cumbersome check out process.
