The staff are exceptional. Han, Ahmed, the whole crew goes over and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I injured my ankles. Staff made sure that I had a good supply of ice. Ahmed even drove me in his car to the airport shuttle so I dont have to make the steep downward trek. Thanks for helping us out.
It may need some updating, maybe new mattress, pillows and beddings

Fantastic cave feeling. Quite unique
Was a steep walk up a hill from the city centre about 10 mins away.
There are bars and restaurants at the top, near the hotel however

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
