We loved everything. The room, the views of the balloons, the awesome staff, the food, everything was outstanding. Would come back here again for sure!
The only thing we were slightly dissapointed with was the 'spa/indoor pool' section, the cold plunge pool and the room thats meant to change themes weren't working, and for the actual spa massage there were large prices considering you've already paid to stay.

The property was in a great location close to town. It had a couple of terraces to see the balloons in the morning. The property was very spacious and at first it’s hard to find your way around. They booked a private green tour for us which was very good and well worth the money.
The outdoor pool was small and in the main public area which was not great for sunbathing. The room was very hot even with fans. And some of the walls and ceiling were crumbling such that there were bits of dust all over. We did have to ask housekeeping for more toilet paper as the rolls were very small and they seem to give it out sparingly. I booked a return transfer for the airport and double checked with the staff regarding date and time. When we turned up to get the early morning shuttle the person at the desk couldn’t find it and had to call. Then he found it and it was right on the screen. Maybe a communication issue, but I was in a panic for a few minutes.
