Absolutely everything! This hotel is truly magical, with its stunning cave architecture, beautiful terraces, and incredible atmosphere. The entire complex is breathtaking, especially in the evening when beautifully illuminated.
We received a lovely welcome with coffee, which made us feel special from the very beginning.
We chose this hotel mainly for the unique experience of enjoying an indoor pool in Cappadocia, and the SPA area was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Göreme.
A truly memorable experience!
The indoor pool water was a little too cool for my taste. The price was also quite high compared to other lovely hotels in the area, although the exceptional setting, central location, and SPA facilities probably justify the difference.
Overall, a wonderful and unique experience that we would happily repeat!

The room was cozy and large enough for three people. Everything was clean and dry. The bathroom and showers were good. The spa area was fantastic, including indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast was great. The hotel property itself is large and very interesting with lots of passages and terraces to explore.
There was construction work ongoing on the property which was sometimes quite noisy but on only one day I think. There was a lot of scaffolding around which impacted car parking (I had to move my car twice as there's only 3 parking spaces outside reception currently, although the staff did help me find an alternative spot). I couldn't get cold water to come out of the sink tap so maybe a slight plumbing issue there.

Had a wonderful stay here. Loved the sauna and the rooftop views. Rooms were beautiful too!
