It was probably one of the best hotels with the most beautiful views. But, we were the lucky ones who had a direct view

The only positive thing about the house was the view to the sea from the pool

1. I called them 1 month prior before booking, and asking if the house is private and isolated 100%, since I’m wearing hijab. They said, yes it is. We arrived to the hotel, and found out that the left side of the pool is fully available to see our pool from the restaurant and terrace where customers are eating and dining. We told them that this is not as we were told, and they were saying that they never have claimed something like that to their customers. I suggest that they check the questions that they have received from customers in booking, two guests have asked if the rooms are private and isolated, and they have written, yes it is 100% private and isolated and can’t be seen by others. They are saying this just to attract and sell, because they know that hijabis won’t book that kind of a hotel since it is not private and isolated. - The picture that I attached, is the view from the restaurant/ terrace where customers are eating, to our room. Imagine how it would have been if those umbrellas were not there. Do you think it’s private and isolated if the umbrellas were not there? We said to them, that they had to find a solution. But they were looking at us saying, that they were not able to do something. We proposed to them saying that they have to bring some big umbrellas that can cover the pool. Finally, they managed to find umbrellas and then we ourselves had to find some more minor solutions with our beds linen and blankets to cover the smaller spots. 2. They are only showing the perfect sides of the hotel but they are showing or explaining about the way to the hotel. The roads are very dangerous. 3. They told us that every morning, between 6am - 8am, they will clean the pool. But this was not the case, we woke up in those hours to check, but the same dirt was still in the pool. We told them that we would like to have cleaning in the pool, and they kept saying that they already cleaned it. It ended with us cleaning the pool by ourselves. 4.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The view. The swimming pool and service.

The suite I reserved includes a private pool, which was advertised as having a picturesque sea view. However, the pool is currently surrounded by tall trees that obstruct the intended view.

Anniversary 3 nights stay.

The private jacuzzi on the balcony was so nice. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom spotless. Staff went all out for our anniversary evening, put our own table, nicely decorated with balloons and fresh garden flowers on it by the pool to watch the sunset, provided a bottle of Prosecco, made a cake and the kind waiter made a short video and sent it to us.

Not a place I would stay again

Our room was big and clean, lovely big bed and comfy pillows. The bathroom was good with electric shower so always had hot water, nice big towels and spacious balcony with armchairs to watch sun go down.

Had to ask for a key to the room...someone arrived with a variety of them...it was try one till it fitted. Outside was dirty and unkempt, breakfast was just OK. There is no daily maid service.Not
