Lissiya Hotel

The view was exceptional, and the honeymoon suite was an excellent choice. It was peaceful, romantic, and looked exactly as it did in the photos. I would highly recommend it.

The restaurant staff were very nice and welcoming, although they weren’t always very confident English speakers. We later noticed that some tables were receiving nicer options as part of the included daily breakfast, but these choices weren’t communicated to us, likely due to the language barrier.

The views were absolutely breathtaking. We especially loved the infinity pool and the beautifully maintained gardens. Relaxing on the terrace while enjoying breakfast each morning was the highlight of our stay. If you're looking for serenity, stunning scenery, and a truly peaceful escape, this hotel is an excellent choice.

The room needs some upgrade. But with a view like this, I did not care too much.

The warm hospitality of Coşkun Bey (the hotel owner), the genuine interest and service of Artun Bey (the restaurant manager), the friendly and professional service of all the personnel and the hotel’s excellent location that presents a breath taking scenery of Kabakci Bay.

What should have been a wonderful stay at a supposedly 5-star hotel turned into one of the most disappointing hospitality experiences we have had. After completing a 20 km hike carrying heavy backpacks, we arrived at what turned out to be the hotel's rear gate. Due to incorrect directions on both Google Maps and Apple Maps, we were led there instead of the main entrance. Reaching the front entrance would have required an additional 2.2 km uphill hike with approximately 10 kg backpacks. We politely contacted the hotel and asked for assistance or access through the gate. The response was astonishing. First, nobody reacted for quite some time. When we finally reached someone, we were told that the gate did not belong to the hotel. This was simply untrue. The gate is clearly visible from the restaurant and breakfast area and is obviously part of the property. Instead of helping exhausted guests, the staff chose to deny reality and leave us to solve the problem ourselves. To make matters worse, there was an electronic music festival taking place on the beach. Inside our room, it felt as though the DJ booth was right next to the bed. While the event itself is not necessarily the hotel's fault, there was no warning, no mitigation, and not even a pair of earplugs available for guests. The most frustrating part is that the hotel itself is beautiful. The location, architecture, and facilities are impressive. However, hospitality is ultimately about people, and the service we experienced was far below the standard one would expect from a luxury property. We encountered indifference, poor communication, and a complete lack of customer care. We cannot recommend this hotel. A 5-star property should provide 5-star service. Unfortunately, the staff performance felt closer to that of a poorly managed pension than a luxury hotel.
