The hosts are great and the location is great - fab design and surroundings.
The no kids policy is a blessing.
The pricey tariff filters the noisy chavs. Yes it sounds arrogant and I like it like this. So will you.
The only two downsides:
- No closets in the room so we had to keep our stuff in the luggage. thankfully the room was spacious.
- The breakfast was rather small and limited. But the atmosphere and good conversation compensated fully.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation! Spotlessly clean, charming decor, thoughtful touches, delicious breakfast, cheerful, chatty and helpful hosts, spacious parking, convenient location to explore Isle of Skye from, cute pets!
Bit far from town (not really walkable from restaurants or stores)

Beautiful and spacious room. Great breakfast and nice hosts.
Canowindra is a few minutes drive out of the nice little town of Portree, so the location is very quiet, pity that it didn’t have a view over the lake.
