The house itself was exceptional: the garden, the kitchen, and every wood beam around the house was thoughtfully designed, which gave our stay an authentic vibe. As a side sleeper, I was worried about sleeping on the futon (and couldn't find any comment about their comfort here, so hopefully my comment would help other fellow side sleepers), but it was actually quite comfy with 2 or more layers stacking. This is the very rare ryokan which has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, the spacious bathroom downstair was definitely a plus. Do check out the house's manual when you arrive, they have a detailed food guide around the area. Checking in and out was hassle free.
Many mosquitoes hang out in the garden, so make sure to keep the glass door closed at all time. There is only 1 coversheet provided for the futon, I have no idea how to clean the naked futons. We notice a hole on the shoji door, through which people could peek into the bathroom from the alley outside (we hope Miun will have it fixed soon).

Très joli ryokan. Nous avons apprécié les 2 salles de bain et wc, c’était pratique pour 4 personnes. Nous voulions une habitation immersive durant notre séjour et nous n’avons pas été déçus.
Les indications des propriétaires étaient parfaites pour y accéder. Nous avons testé une de leurs recommandations de restaurant (le barbecue à 5mn) et on s’est régalé !
L’arrêt de bus est à 5mn et un il y a 2 supermarchés très proche.
