we loved the host and location. . spacious room. near the subway and colissuem.
There was constant banging outside of the bathroom window, an odour that wasnt a regular bathroom odour.

Excellent location with a stunning Colosseum view right outside and only a 10-minute walk away. Francesco was very accommodating, allowing early check-in and luggage drop-off so we could start exploring Rome immediately. The AC was a welcome relief after long days, and the bed was very comfortable. Great facilities overall—highly recommended, and we'd happily stay again!
