This was my favorite hotel in the Canary Islands. The property is filled with beautiful old-school luxury details that you just don’t see very often anymore. The staff were exceptional and anticipated our needs in a way that is genuinely rare. Everything felt personal, thoughtful, and incredibly well done. It was such a special place and easily the highlight of our hotel stays in the Canary Islands.

The villa size, comfy beds, the facilities inside the villa and outside. The private pool (once I had hand rails). The restaurant and food and drink choices. Warm welcome by staff and Fiona(Director). The shower, the use of the VIP Villa on departure day. The gardens and spa(although we didnt use the Spa as I have accessibilty issues).
Too close to the road where traffic was very noisy all day. Had to change villa part way through holiday as despite there being a lift the villa was too far and too steeply located. The pool in first villa had no hand rails so was not accessible to me. However the issue was sorted very quickly.
