Great location. Breakfast was excellent and the room was very comfortable with wonderful views over the town.
We arrived back at the hotel after dinner at 11pm and asked if we could have a glass of wine with our friends who were also staying at the hotel and whether we could sit outside on the terrace. The bar tender said the bar was closed which was surprising because it was a Friday evening! When we complained, he begrudgingly allowed us to have a drink at the bar inside instead. He was incredibly rude while we were sitting there and made us feel very uncomfortable. Not the sort of service you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Lovely heritage hotel, in a historic area of Ibiza, a pleasant extra few nights when the airtraffic control problem happened at Heathrow. Loved the old streets.

The property looks attractive from the outside and has good curb appeal, but once inside it becomes clear that it is in need of significant maintenance and updating. While it has potential, the overall condition did not live up to the first impression.
The décor and furniture looked tired and in need of a complete renovation. The artwork was unattractive and did not complement the space. The shaggy rugs beside the bed were outdated and stained in several places. Much of the furniture felt old and worn.
The sliding bathroom doors did not close properly, which offered very little privacy. The stairs were extremely steep and felt unsafe, especially when carrying luggage.
Breakfast was also disappointing. After waiting more than 10 minutes without being served, we decided to leave and have breakfast elsewhere.
Overall, the property did not meet our expectations and would greatly benefit from a thorough refurbishment and improved attention to maintenance and guest service.
