Great location good size rooms and balconies. The pools are wonderful and the staff were all great!

Very nice hotel design, 5 stars structure with good amenities and helpful staff.
We had NO INTERNET connection for 24hrs, which in this kind of structure is unacceptable, I international tv stations were not working. Staff at desk was too young and unprepared… 5 stars hotels should understand that for the premium price they make you pay everything should be perfect if not they have to compensate you back (a 10€ bottle for the internet malservice would have gone a long way, better than their apology letter)
