We loved the hotel and the staff. Top marks for the hotel staff!

Very well placed in terms of not having a lot of people stroll around the parking lot. I loved the fact that the parking was guarded and that the cars were not left on the street like at some other hotels.

This was not the property’s fault or the staff’s. They were all impeccable, we were just unlucky that for the first days of our stay there was a huge group of gypsies (roma ethnics) who were incredibly loud and super disrespectful and really bothered everyone. Everyone was super excited and happy when these people left. Maybe it would be good for the hotel staff to address this issue (tell them not to be so loud) when there are larger groups of people being accommodated. Whenever there is a larger group, this group tends to annoy everyone else

Good food and comfort for a good price

Extremely comfortable bed, I would love to know the brand of the mattress or topper used, I was seriously thinking to purchase one. The personnel was nice, always helpful and everything was smooth. We particularly enjoyed the presence of Nicki (entertainment MC) and the girls from his team. There was also a very helpful Asian boy by the pool, I don't remember his name but I think he was the only one who asked us if we want something to drink while collecting the empty glasses. In short, very relaxed atmosphere maintained by very pleasant staff

We felt like the thematic dinners were not reflected in the food so much. Especially during the seafood dinner, there was only one dish with seafood. Generally, the cold appetisers were more or less the same. For the hot dishes as well, always 80% chicken and sometimes other meats. However, the hot sides were nice and always different. Snack bar was a good addition for in-between meals cravings. I would have loved for the dinner to be until 22:00. The fitness and jacuzzi part are really disappointing for the 4-star raining of the hotel. Everything smells like mold, there are no windows and the very few fitness gear available is rather old. Not a place for couples or groups who look for more peace or don’t like children so much.

I have recommended this hotel to everyone I know

Excellent hotel! I am very glad that I made this choice!. The staff is very attentive and polite. Exceptional and diverse food. The room is clean, score 10 for the cleaning staff, for the waiters and for all the staff. Nice activities in the evening at the stage, zumba, gym pool, fitness room a bit small and poorly equipped but excellent for those who want to exercise a little. You get 2 towels for the pool bed in the room, which are changed daily with new ones. Very close to the center if you take the stairs next to the pool. the snack bar equipped with many fruits, burgers, ice cream, cookies. In the bathroom you can find hair conditioner and body lotion. In the room you also have a minibar that is filled every day with beer, wine and something sweet. You have everything you need, you don't need any extra money except for the tip of the staff which is really worth it.

The pool is located between the hotels and you can enjoy the sun until 5 PM. The SPA is intended only for people who have booked over a week and have access only once during this period/person after booking at the reception. The fitness room should be slightly improved, the machines are a bit old and a little damaged.

Unfortunately my last time here

I liked that we got a free room upgrade. The rooms are big and confy. You get free beer, juice, water and coffee in the room. The staff is super. The food is good and varied and the drinks are good quality compared to most of the Bulgarian hotels.

It was not my first time at HVD Viva Club but it will be my last 😞. Although in my reservation I had free beach acces, when I got to the hotel they told me that their beach is not open. Not only that, but they didn't even have the shuttle to take the customer to other beaches. So each they I had to spend a lot of money on private beaches. Also, it is far from the beach ( maybe 1 km) after you have to go down 80 stairs ( that you have to climb again on your way back to the hotel). The only thing the hotel did to compensate this matter was a late check-out...

Exceptional

All was perfect, the food was very good the room was clean, the entertaiment team was very fun. Every day they made activities like polo game, ping pong, karaoke and much more.

The wi-fi it’s not the best but i can live with that. If you need for usual things like tik tok or youtube it’s ok.

Everything was great, the sea view room on the 7th floor is amazing and the food was diverse.

We will surely visit this hotel next summer! good price and good quality!

Staff was super friendly, food was very very good except for the desserts, they could have been better as they were pretty synthetic. Pool was nice, very clean and lots of sunbeds. The beach was pretty far but the bus did its job, the schedule was respected. The wine had a pretty good quality and we also liked the snacks a lot and de coffee (especially from the Nescafé machine.

Some plates were dirty sometimes and the carpet from the room could have been cleaner. The desserts were not so tasty as they looked but they had a great variety of fruits

Very good

The personal is very kind and polite. The ladies from cleaning and from the reception were always available and happy to offer their help. There is available a spa zone and the hotel offers free access for 1h at jacuzzi and sauna. They can offer additional services like massage. There is a big variety of food, pretty tasty. There is also a snack bar from where you can get fresh fruits, cookies, burgers, hotdogs, sodas, water, etc.

The pool is too small considering the hotel capacity. Also it is situated behind the hotel and there are only few hours of sun available. About food, there is a pretty big variety of dishes available but the ingredients like almond/coconut milk for vegans are missing. The beach is far away from hotel and a suttle bus is provided by hotel, considering a fixed schedule. This is ok, but inconvenient, since first bus schedule is at 9:00 AM and maybe some clients would like to go on the beach at 7:00-7:30 AM Another aspect is the Wi-Fi signal. The network was not available from my room, situated on the right extremity of the building. Many other toursits created their own hotspot to share their individual internet, to avoid hotel Wi-Fi.

regret to choose this place to stay , I have chosen because stayed before to HVD hotels like Mira mar which I found very

rooms are good size and clean.

food not one of the best access to the beach by shuttle bus Can’t find sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, they have only 50 umbrellas for all tourists. disappointed!!!

Mediocre hotel, I won’t be back.

The room was clean and comfortable. My girlfriend received a bottle of champagne for her birthday.

The food was very hit or miss. Mostly miss. Mediocre quality, at best. It was the first time ever I got invited to a “seafood dinner” where not a single piece of seafood was served. Also, I felt sorry for all of the staff, as not a single person was ever smiling or laughing.
