Breakfast was very chaotic

The property was excellent. My husband and I just got married in Tuscany and decided to book Ostuni a Mare on a last minute trip with my parents to Puglia and the resort had everything we needed for a relaxing few days. My parents are elderly so the hotel was perfect for them. The included breakfast was excellent, the staff was so polite and helpful and the cleanliness of the resort plus all the amenities around were so amazing; the access to the beach via a small tram and the two pools were excellent. We loved the access to on-site restaurants both by the beach and next to the pool, it was very helpful when you just wanted to leave your things by your pool chair and enjoy a meal.
We loved everything, no complaints

Good location, staff very helpful. Never felt crowded
The gym had limited equipment and was very hot, even early in the morning.
Strange policy on towels - paying for any extras!
