The location is unbeatable- situated on a quiet side street right in the vibrant Jewish Quarter, just steps away from great restaurants, cafes, and major sights. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-designed, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our family stay.

We received a very warm welcome from the gentleman at the reception. He was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. The hotel is perfectly located in the very heart of the city, with everything within easy walking distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices so everyone could find something they liked. Coffee is available 24 hours a day at the reception, which is a lovely touch. Guests are also offered complimentary champagne. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was in the center
Although you informed me two days before my arrival that the elevator was under construction — which essentially left me with no real cancellation options — I decided to overlook this issue and proceed with my stay at your hotel.
Unfortunately, my experience worsened, as the breakfast was particularly poor in comparison to the price of the stay, and I even found a small piece of plastic in my food, which constitutes a serious hygiene concern.
Most disappointing of all, however, was the way the incident was handled. The “apology” was limited to a standard WhatsApp message rather than a personal communication from a responsible manager, and the offer of a very low-quality bottle of champagne gave the impression that there was simply an attempt to downplay and cover up the matter.
Thank you very much. Never again.
