Charming spot in easy reach of the castle, but definitely a hilly area. Loved the 2-room suite's spaciousness and grandeur! There is a small elevator and a petite spa. The restaurant seemed nice but a bit fancier than we wanted, lots of good options nearby.
Breakfast was excellent, did not include prosecco from what I could see, on this day at least.
A bit tricky to navigate the long halls with a disabled person and lots of luggage. Exit doors closer to our room were fully locked and that was s ary in the event of an emergency. No assistance from from staff for luggage and the wheeled dolly they had didn't help much.
Rooms were stuffy on a warm summer day, but all windows opened to a nice breeze if you could keep them open. The staff were able to find a stand fan to loan (required security deposit). Spa access and parking are additional fees.

No air condition, was very hot in in the room in the sunny days.
Cigarette smoke wafting from the terrace on the 1st floor
Problem with parking.
