The hotel is in a perfect location to see the gorgeous Hluboká Castle and other sites in Bohemia. It has a fabulous spa, the rooms are lovely with AC, parking is available, and the food was delicious! And everyone was very kind and helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Hotel wyposażony jest w parking podziemny. Posiada też windę, która zjeżdża do garażu. W pokoju znajdował się ekspres kapsułkowy. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Przestronna łazienka, spora szafa z wieszakami. Wifi działające bez zarzutu. Osobiście nie korzystałam z basenu, ale Mąż był zachwycony.
Nie podobało to duże słowo, ale lekko dezorientujące były godziny sprzątania pokoi oraz zasady na jakich to było robione. Pierwszego dnia zapukał ktoś do nas o 8:10, kiedy jeszcze byliśmy w łóżku, więc drugiej nocy profilaktycznie wywieliśmy znaczek aby nie przeszkadzać (ale tym razem inaczej odbywało się sprzątanie). Innego dnia z kolei po godzinie 19:00 ktoś do nas zapukał pytając czy nie chcemy aby posprzątać. Dodatkowo jest informacja, że Hotel prosi aby ręczniki, które chce się wymienić zostawiać na podłodze, a te pozostawione wszędzie indziej nie będą wymienione. Mimo iż tak zrobiliśmy wymieniono nam wszystkie ręczniki i szlafroki. Oczywiście to nic złego. Niemniej jak napisałam na samym początku - lekko dezorientujące :)

Lokalita je krasna, hotel cisty, personal mily.
Pokoje jsou dost male, uklid pokoju v poradku az na to, ze nam neumyli pouzite nadobi. Vybaveni jiz trochu opotrebovane, skvrny na nabytku, zvlastne zalepeny vypinac svetla vedle postele.
Snidane ne prilis bohate.

Great location, nice wellness area and procedures, some of the employees were nice and helpful, especially the older gentlemen behind the desk.
Many small details - majority of the staff lacking the proper communication training, below average (hostel/motel) breakfasts - not even close to a 5* level, not very cozy restaurant equipped as a meeting room on a conference.
