Breakfast was about a 7 out of 10. Why? No dairy-free items for dairy intolerance but good GF items! I would highly recommend moving the yogurt (adding a lactose free one and labeling it!) over by the oatmeal becasuse the toppings would also go well with the yogurt, then you can have a dual purpose for your toppings. The oatmeal had milk in it, so I couldn't eat it.
I loved your Asian inclusion! The sliced honey/ginger was fantastic for health conscience people. I would recommend some sliced fruit, it would be a great addition.
The fruit infused water was lovely!
Wash cloths, at least upon request! I had nothing to wash my face with. A clock in thre room would be so helpful. Not everyone stares at their phones all the time.

Good location. Easy to get to. Breakfast was a good spread as well. Friendly and helpful staff.
Bathrooms could use some greater detail when cleaning. I had a room that clearly hadnt been used in a while, so the bathroom was a bit smelly due to stagnant water in the toilet bowl.

It was a huge Just Ok Hotel.
I had booked a single bed and they provided me only 2 small beds put together. Sleep was a disaster. There is no Restaurant here for evening and dinner.
Room Service was name sake.
They didn't make the bed and for 3 nights bedsheet and pilow cover was not changed, even if they looked dirty.
They didn't filled any Coffee sache and even cups was not washed. An ok attitude from the staffs. Breakfast was just repeatedly same and Boring taste.
