The position, between the Vaporetto landing and the lido beaches is great! The staff was very helpful, even lending us beach umbrellas.
It’s an older charming house with a lot of rooms, so if some guests do not try to keep the noise down in the morning, everybody wakes up early.

Lovely Villa is located on a quiet street, surrounded by garden, where one can keep rented bikes and have breakfast. It's 10 minutes walk to Lido S.M.E.- vaporetto station, or 10 minutes cycling to the beach of your choice. Very clean.
The only two complains were:
1. Paper thin walls. You can hear people next door flashing water and quietly talking. However- we slept very well, as during our 10 nights stay, everybody was mindful of the situation and were quiet after 23.30.
2. A hair dryer, which was rather like a hoover hose, with almost nothing coming out of it.

The location was great. We were close to the Gran Viale and beaches, but on a quieter street. The staff was also very friendly, responsive, and helpful. They cleaned the room daily, and there was air conditioning. There was also a TV with streaming services, which was nice for down time. The breakfast was great and coffee was delicious and strong!
The room was tiny and we were very crammed in there as a family of four. When we arrived, the floors felt dirty but they addressed it quickly. The beds were not very comfortable. The worst part was that the wall with our neighbor was paper thin, and the first night they were up all night and kept us awake.
