I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were outstanding – always kind, available, and incredibly efficient. Communication was smooth and effortless, making everything easy and stress-free. I truly appreciated their professionalism and friendliness.

The restaurant staff and cleaning staff were friendly and welcoming, even though they didn’t speak English.
The hotel feels outdated and could really use some renovation. Upon arrival, no one offered to help us with our luggage, which was disappointing.
On the first night, I had to ask for the bed sheets to be changed because they were so worn out that they were covered in pilling, which was not acceptable.
There was also a mistake on our bill that had to be corrected. In addition, the room had no blackout curtains or shutters, so it became very bright early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep.
