Really lovely place. The breakfast was great and the staff/cleaning ladies were absolutely wonderful. The restaurant is fantastic!
The check-in process. Nobody tells you anything about the hotel (wifi, where to find what, the various perks). It is a missed opportunity and lowers the value of the whole experience.
The website of the restaurant is also not very helpful. If you want the tasting menu, you have to specify that at the time of the reservation.

This was an absolute gem of a find. Fabulous accommodation, comfy and clean rooms. Breakfast was great!! Staff were very friendly and accommodating - nothing was too much trouble! We ate at the in house restaurant and can thoroughly recommend! :)

The best thing about this hotel was its location. It was only a few minutes’ walk from the Cala Bona waterfront and close to all the restaurants, cafés, shops, and local attractions. I also liked that the resort was relatively small and had a more personal, cozy atmosphere compared to larger resorts. Having a restaurant on-site was convenient as well. Upon arrival, my partner and I were pleasantly surprised by how friendly and welcoming the staff were. They even helped us with our luggage, which made a great first impression
On our first night, we noticed that although the room looked similar to the photos, it was in a more worn and dated condition than we had expected. Before going to sleep, we had to deal with several ants in the room. I assume they may have entered through the windows while the room was being aired out before our arrival.
The bathroom was poorly lit, with lighting only around the mirror, and the light itself was quite dim and yellow. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which seemed to be coming from the drains or plumbing.
Breakfast was included in the price, and considering the cost of the stay, I expected a wider selection. The buffet mainly consisted of a few cold cuts, bread, yogurts, water, and juice. The coffee offered by the waitress was consistently overbrewed and not very enjoyable. Additionally, I was not aware that there were other breakfast options available besides eggs, as this was never clearly explained. Communication was difficult because some of the staff had limited English skills, which led to confusion and misunderstandings about the breakfast service. Unfortunately, this affected our overall breakfast experience and made it less enjoyable.
