Location was great, rooms clean, just around the corner from the beach and also next to Aldi, and next to the bus stop - shuttle from the airport
Not the most convenient because doesn’t have a balcony or even a rack to dry your swimsuits etc. so just had to hang things around the bathroom, and the hotel doesn’t offer food - sometimes just want to stay at the hotel and eat

Really nice facilities. Comfortable beds and comfortable room temperature.

Not amazing location, for a 4 star hotel.
No breakfast or any amenities just the pool and it could be open for more hours (8-22 for example).
No parking either.
Overall felt that the hotel did not meet the expectations of a 4 star hotel. Not a prime location, no amenities, no breakfast or room service food, no parking, no balcony or even windows that to can look through.
Value for money it is not a good place to stay, however if you have money and don’t mind having only a comfortable room then it is a good option.
The showers had some mold that was not cleaned properly.

It’s a small hotel with a great location - a few steps to the beach. It has all the facilities necessary to assure a great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The rooms were a bit small, if you take a lot of luggage and travel with more people it may be a bit problematic.

There are some positives to mention. In the overall context of Cala Millor – filled with tightly packed hotels, overcrowded beaches, and touristy streets lined with cheap Chinese goods – this hotel’s exterior stands out with its cleanliness and modern appearance. The building looks relatively new and well-maintained. Room cleanliness is also commendable – housekeeping was done daily and to a good standard. This was definitely one of the brighter aspects of the stay.
A typical hotel with misleading photos that do not reflect the actual condition, quality, or modernity as advertised. The rooms, although listed as 17 square meters, feel extremely cramped, with poor sound insulation and uncomfortable, creaky beds. Everything feels cheap – the showerhead was broken and leaking from the sides, and the furniture is worn out. If you're expecting a side sea view, prepare to be disappointed: you’d need a long telescopic GoPro stick to catch even a glimpse. In reality, your window will likely face an old apartment block, and the rooftop pool offers a "panoramic" view of a derelict building. The hotel has no outdoor area or parking lot, so you’ll spend time circling narrow resort alleys searching for a spot. The rooftop pool is laughably small given the number of rooms, more reminiscent of a public toilet than a place to relax. Fortunately, we only had to return here to sleep for two nights, as the main goal was to explore the island. For travelers planning to explore the island by car, I’d strongly suggest avoiding overcrowded and commercialized spots like Alcudia, Magaluf, or Cala Millor. Instead, head to the northern side of the island – the Tramuntana pearls: Valldemossa, Deià, Port de Sóller, and Fornalutx – where you’ll find a more authentic atmosphere, far less mass tourism, and a much more pleasant and scenic experience.
