The room was very ample for what we required.
We didn't come for a beach holiday so that question doesn't apply.
The breakfast was exceptional and a good variety for every taste bud.
Would like to also mention that all the staffing personnel were very helpful. A special mention for "Claudia" in the restaurant who always had time to answer any questions we had.
On arrival we were aware that there was an additional charge to hire the in-room safety deposit box.
A key was supplied but to charge 11.50EUROS per night represented nothing more than a thinly veiled money making mechanism. No holiday maker wants to take their Passport, Excessive cash and credit cards with them everywhere, or in fact car and house keys. To simply put additional charge on the booking page is not being transparent enough.

El trato del personal es excepcional. Desde el personal de recepción hasta el jardinero, todos muy amables y cercanos.
No es que no me gustara, en realidad estoy muy satisfecho con la estancia, pero si tengo que decir algo, quizá eché de menos algo más de variedad en el buffet (en platos calientes). Eso sí, lo que había, muy bueno y recién hecho.

We arrived 2am only to be told the hotel was fully booked ! 🥵
We were made to pay our bill in full and check in and told that if we didn’t our booking would be cancelled 😡 ???
We were told to come back at 9am when I asked so “ is someone going to be checking out and our room getting cleaned at this time in the morning , the receptionist then said “ yes you will be in room 9. Found this unbelievable to be fair he was embarrassed and didn’t know what else to say
We were then sent to another hotel who also told is they were full - what a joke ! 3rd hotel by now very annoyed very hot 🥵 our taxi driver couldn’t stop laughing
We were upgraded from B n B to half board and the hotel included a drinks package. I think they were trying to silence us. Drink package was awful only drank water/pepsi during the day , few cocktails on the menu watered down and sickly .
Beautiful location, clean hotel
Staff lovely, was a real shame the booking system let the experience down . Have learnt a lesson, don’t book a holiday yourself it’s not easier.
