Great hotel in an amazing location close to the beach. Very friendly staff, clean room, and superb buffet options.

The hotel has met my expectations. It was conveniently located close to the beach, with many restaurants and a bus stop nearby. The staff at the reception was friendly, kind, and always helpful.
Both the breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. I also really appreciated that the hotel provided us with an umbrella to use at the beach. On top of that, there was a lovely little gift (a bar of soap) in our room. Thank you so much for this!
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would love to come back again.(and I'd be happy if you could consider my critiques below as well)
Since the hotel is located in the heart of the restaurant area and close to the sea, there was quite a lot of noise coming from the streets, especially after midnight. It was manageable for a two-night stay, but I’m not sure how comfortable it would be for a longer visit.
What I particularly didn’t like was the pricing of the drinks during dinner. I understand that drinks are not included in the meal price, but they shouldn’t be more expensive than those at the restaurants right next to the hotel. (On the contrary, I would expect reduced prices specifically during dinner for hotel guests.) For example, soft drinks cost €2.90 outside, while the hotel charged €3.60. A pitcher of water, which is offered free of charge in the lobby, was also charged at around €3. I found this quite annoying.
Finally, having a kettle in the rooms would be a nice addition.

Every member of staff gave first class service; helpful, kind, considerate and very professional. Every feature of the hotel was excellent with the exception of the lift provision. The proximity to the beach and other amenities was excellent.

Staff at reception house keeping and the dinning staff were so friendly and so pleasant had a fantastic stay. Thanks to Rosa , Antonio . Gatia savannah I can’t remember all their names but just to mention a few they made our stay so warm and pleasant.
