Great Service at Reception
I would like to highlight the excellent work of the reception team and their quick problem-solving.
Initially, I was assigned a room with a few major issues—the air conditioner wasn't working properly, water leaked from the shower, and the sink was clogged. Additionally, because the room was located directly above the kitchen exhaust vent, the strong smell of cooking food made it impossible to go out onto the balcony.
However, as soon as I informed the front desk, they handled the situation professionally and moved us to a much better room without any hassle. Special thanks to the reception staff for their responsiveness and customer-focused approach!
Unfortunately, my stay fell short of expectations due to several service and housekeeping issues.
Housekeeping & Service: The cleaning was mediocre. Floors were only wiped in central spots, leaving dust and trash around the room. Towels were forgotten twice and only replaced after I explicitly asked on the third day. Toiletries were not monitored; even after pointing out that the soap and shampoo were empty, staff agreed to refill them but never did.
Breakfast & Layout: Breakfast was average (7/10), but the setup is poorly planned. Placing the buffet in the center of the room near the exit creates constant bottlenecks and long lines. Having only one chef responsible for preparing five dishes causes unnecessary delays.
Bar & Dining: Drinks at the bar were underwhelming, and the barbecue was a major disappointment that left a negative impression.
Management needs to improve housekeeping standards and optimize the dining room layout.

The hotel is nice, calm, in a quiet enough zone, you can hear the sea very good, and it was really relaxing to sleep while listening to the waves, nice view, big room and clean.

The location is super nice, just across the beach and within the ''city's'' life, can do everything on a few mins walking. The staff was super nice, everyone was super friendly and attentive.
The room was outdated, the hotel is half new half old and we were on the older part. Mattresses not that comfortable and furniture with usage marks.
We got a cockroach in the room during our stay, we complaint about it and for them it was no big deal. After the complain, they cleaned the WC with so much cockroach poison that my little daughter had to take a nap in the balcony, it was impossible to stay in the room with that smell. They never apologized or tried to compensate us. A bottle, or a card or a manager saying a few words so we can rest assure the problem was solved, would've been appreciated.
AC was making us cough in the room, we complained and they said it was a problem of the whole floor, we've stayed without AC for the day.
Very strange to pay for drinks on a half-board stay, at breakfast you can drink water, all sort of juices and milk but at dinner if you want to have water you'll have to pay. I get it for alcoholic beverages, but I wasn't expecting paying for water on every meal.
Food isn't great also, they try to have different options everyday but somehow feels more like a canteen.
The beach isn't very clean, cigarette butts, pieces of plastic, baby wipes and those are also on the sea, which is a shame, it's a lovely beach.
